The ecommerce major had adopted work-from-home in 2020 as a response to the Covid-19 pandemic, when companies across sectors transitioned to remote work en masse. Over the past year, Flipkart had gradually been nudging its corporate workforce back to office, mirroring a broader trend among tech firms.
