Goldman Sachs acquires controlling stake in HR SaaS firm PeopleStrong for $130 million

The private equity arm of investment bank Goldman Sachs has completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Gurgaon-based HR software-as-a-service (SaaS) firm PeopleStrong for around $130 million (about Rs 1,200 crore), people in the know told ET.
