Krafton faces FIR for allegedly selling user data; Bombay HC hearing on April 15

An FIR has been registered against Krafton India, the developer of the popular online game Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI), for allegedly selling user data on Telegram, according to a report by TalkEsport.com.

The complaint, filed by Santosh Torane from Maharashtra, accuses the company of breaching contract terms, leaking confidential data, and unlawfully sharing user information. TalkEsport has also published a copy of the original FIR in its report.
