Amazon is changing its ultra-cheap “Amazon Haul” shopping experience in response to Donald Trump’s massive 104% tariffs on Chinese imports that it launched to take on Chinese e-commerce platforms like Shein, Temu, and others. The e-commerce giant has begun stocking products from well-known American brands like Adidas, Levi’s, and Gap in US warehouses, fundamentally altering Haul’s original business model.

Initially launched as Amazon’s answer to Chinese bargain retailers like Temu and Shein, Amazon Haul promised under-$20 unbranded products shipped directly from Chinese manufacturers.
