92% of businesses in India say local storage to ensure data safety: Cisco study

NEW DELHI: Despite a rise in operational costs due to data localisation, 92% of the respondents in India believe that their data would be inherently safer if stored within their country or region, according to the latest findings of a survey conducted by US telecom gear maker Cisco.
