Taiwanese electronics giant Foxconn has expanded its investment in India amid shifting global trade dynamics, acquiring machinery worth Rs 276 crore ($32.25 million) to enhance its production capacity. The move aims to boost iPhone manufacturing in India, according to sources. This development comes just a day before US President Donald Trump announced reciprocal tariffs on multiple countries, including India, set to take effect from April 2.
