UPI services back after outage; here’s what NPCI has to say

The Unified Payments Interface (UPI) services are now back after facing disruptions. UPI, which enables instant real-time payments across the country, experienced disruptions as user reports indicated widespread issues with the services including payments and fund transfers. However, the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI), which manages the UPI payment system, has now confirmed that the issues with the services have been fixed after a brief disruption. The organisation took social media platform X (earlier Twitter) to announce that UPI services are now up and running.
