In Graphics: India speeds up 5G expansion drive

5G subscribers in India are set to surge from 290 million in 2024 to 770 million by 2028, driven by the increasing penetration of 5G-enabled smartphones and the rapid expansion of next-gen broadband networks, according to Nokia’s 2024 Mobile Broadband Index Report released on Thursday.
