Telcos voice concern over Trai’s new spam norms

New Delhi: A move by Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (Trai) to curb spam could ironically increase the menace with the regulator taking away the right from call management apps like Truecaller to filter out or block promotional and marketing calls, industry executives said.
