Rs 500 crore boost

To bolster India’s burgeoning space sector, the Indian National Space Promotion and Authorization Centre (IN-SPACe) announced the launch of a Rs 500 crore Technology Adoption Fund (TAF). This initiative aims to nurture and support the growth of India’s space startups and their technological capabilities, positioning the nation as a reliable global partner in the space industry.

The TAF is designed to promote the development of space technology within India while reducing the nation’s dependence on imported solutions. By investing in domestic research and development, the fund seeks to build a strong partnership between government bodies and the private sector.
