Google adds Canvas feature to Gemini chatbot, CEO Sundar Pichai shares video to show how it works

Google has announced new features for its Gemini app. These new features enhance the app’s capabilities to help users brainstorm, research and generate content. Gemini can now offer real-time document editing and prototype creation. The new “Canvas” feature allows users to write and edit documents or code, with changes appearing in real time. Google CEO Sundar Pichai also took to social media platform X to announce the introduction of the Canvas and Audio Overview features to the Gemini app.
