Exceeding the recommended bedtime of 10 pm, nearly six in ten (58%) Indians report sleeping past 11 pm, as a result of which nearly half (44%) do not feel refreshed upon waking up, according to the Great Indian Sleep Scorecard (GISS) 2025 survey by D2C sleep and home solutions company Wakefit.
