India’s tablet & PC market up by 6.4% in 4Q24; Apple grows fastest: Canalys

NEW DELHI: India’s PC and tablet market grew by 6.4% year-on-year to 4.6 million units in Q4 2024, according to the latest report released by Canalys on Thursday.

This growth was primarily driven by notebook and tablet segments, the market tracker said. Notebook shipments grew by 11% year-on-year to 2.6 million units in Q4 2024, while tablet shipments rose by 4.3% year-on-year to 1.1 million units. The desktop segment declined by 3.6% year-on-year to 852,000 units.
