Quick commerce hiring: K’taka, Maharashtra and Telangana remain primary hubs
BENGALURU: With rapid expansion of quick commerce, hiring in the sector is also increasing. According to industry data, Karnataka (20%), Maharashtra (19%), and Telangana (13%) has become the primary hubs for quick commerce jobs.
Staffing conglomerate TeamLease Services in its report says Haryana and West Bengal each account for 4% of the workforce and remain underpenetrated markets with scope for expansion. The sector’s Monthly Transacting Users (MTUs) have increased by 40% in 2024. It says that the average monthly orders per customer have grown from 4.4 in 2021 to 6 in 2024.
