Zomato initiative saving nearly 150K cancelled meals

Zomato’s recently launched Food Rescue initiative is saving 75% of the eligible orders, translating to nearly 150,000 meals per month, the company’s CEO Deepinder Goyal said on Wednesday.

The feature was launched on November 10, 2024, to reduce food wastage. The feature allows customers to purchase cancelled orders at discounted prices.
