TCS buys 100% stake in commercial realty firm Darshita Southern India Happy Homes
Tata Consultancy Services Ltd (TCS), India’s largest IT services firm, on Tuesday said it has signed an agreement to acquire 100% stake in a Bengaluru-headquartered commercial real estate company Darshita Southern India Happy Homes Pvt Ltd for Rs 2,250 crore in cash consideration.
