Workshop at MANIT on women’s digital safety
A one-day workshop on ‘Safer Digital Space – A Right for Every Woman and Girl’ was held at the Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology (MANIT) to mark International Women’s Day on Friday.
Organised under the Information Security Education and Awareness (ISEA) Project Phase III, MEITY, Government of India, the event aimed to educate women and girls about cybersecurity and digital threats.
Prof Meenu Chawla and Prof Sweta Jain of the CSE Department coordinated the workshop, which featured Irmeen Shah, Assistant Inspector General (Training) and Superintendent of Police, ITI Bhopal, as the chief guest.
