We are creating AI workers with human level intelligence: Avaamo’s Ram Menon

The jury may still be out on whether artificial intelligence (AI) can replace human beings in the workplace, and if at all, what sort of roles would it be most adept at taking over. A company that is undeniably speeding up that process is Indian technology company Avaamo, which is fast building autonomous AI workers that, as CEO and Co-founder Ram Menon describes in a conversation with HT, as a “replacement for a role”. This week, the company announced the new Avaamo Agents, which are designed to augment workforce where they may be shortage of skills or labour.
