Foreign bidders may be allowed in BSNL’s 5G network upgrade
Kolkata: India is considering allowing foreign vendors to bid for a part of the $2 billion worth of telecom gear contract for upgrading Bharat Sanchar Nigam (BSNL) network to 5G, people familiar with the matter said.
