Airspan to acquire Jabil’s Open RAN radio portfolio, R&D team

NEW DELHI: US-headquartered telecom gear maker Airspan Networks on Wednesday said it has signed a deal to acquire Jabil’s Open Radio Access Network (Open RAN) radio portfolio and related Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), and the contract electronics manufacturer’s research and development team.
