Handset companies may boost India manufacturing to bypass US-China trade war

New Delhi: The Donald Trump administration’s imposition of additional levies on Chinese imports into the US has prompted electronics majors such as Samsung to consider shifting production out of China – and possibly expand in India – to scale the tariff walls.
