Effective measures lead to spam calls decline: Telecom secretary Neeraj Mittal

NEW DELHI: The Department of Telecommunications (DoT) has taken effective measures to prevent spam or pesky calls on mobile networks by ensuring action against international aggregators and revocation of connections using WhatsApp mobile app, a top official said.
