Nokia completes $2.3 billion acquisition of US optical gear maker Infinera

NEW DELHI: Finnish telecom gear maker Nokia has completed the acquisition of US optical gear maker Infinera in a $2.3 billion deal. The announcement comes after the European Union (EU) unconditionally approved on February 26 the takeover of Infinera by Nokia.
