Fab toolmaker Tokyo Electron eyeing India ops to build linkages
Tata Electronics’ partner Tokyo Electron is the latest fab toolmaker to start mulling setting up a manufacturing presence in the country as India’s semiconductor ambitions lift-off and the country looks like it could become a key destination for investment in the semiconductor space in a few years’ time.
