RuPay accounts for 16% of credit card spending, with half driven by UPI: NPCI’s Dilip Asbe

Around 16% of all credit card spending in India occurs on the RuPay network, with nearly half of these transactions made via credit on the Unified Payments Interface (UPI), National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) managing director and chief executive Dilip Asbe said on Friday.
