Elon Musk’s xAI announces Grok 3 (Think) and Grok 3 mini (Think) reasoning models

Elon Musk-owned artificial intelligence (AI) startup, xAI, launched the latest model of its chatbot, Grok 3 earlier this week. The company has now introduced two new beta reasoning models Grok 3 (Think) and Grok 3 mini (Think). These models were trained using large-scale reinforcement learning to enhance their chain-of-thought processing and enable advanced reasoning with improved data efficiency. Grok 3 (Think) can spend seconds to minutes reasoning through problems, similar to human problem-solving, by exploring multiple approaches, verifying solutions, and refining its strategies.
