Navi Group sets the ball rolling for IPO

Mumbai: Navi Group, the unlisted non-bank lending business led by Flipkart’s ex-founder Sachin Bansal, has started initial discussions with merchant bankers to explore the possibility of launching an Initial Public Offering (IPO). The company is considering a launch in the latter half of FY26.
