NEW DELHI: Greater spectrum availability, particularly in the 6 GHz band, and the use of artificial intelligence (AI) will enable Wi-Fi broadband companies to reduce subscriber churn and improve customer experience, as per senior executives of wireline internet service provider (ISP) Atria Convergence Technologies (ACT) Fibernet.
