Zomato has launched a cutting-edge, AI-driven, no-code customer support platform, Nugget, that is designed to streamline and automate customer query management. The announcement was made by Zomato CEO Deepinder Goyal on Monday in a post on X.

In his post, Goyal emphasized that Nugget is tailored to help businesses of all sizes scale their customer support operations with ease. “Nugget helps businesses scale support effortlessly—highly customizable, low-cost, and no development team required.
