Genpact spending millions to create AI solutions: CEO

Genpact, which helped craft India’s business process outsourcing model in the early years of this millennium, is investing “hundreds of millions of dollars” in technology, centred around creating new solution sets incorporating AI agents, to offer its clients greater value, chief executive BK Kalra said.
