Byju’s committee of creditors votes to appoint new resolution professional

Byju’s parent Think & Learn’s committee of creditors (CoC) passed a resolution to replace the resolution professional (RP) of the beleaguered edtech firm and appoint Shailendra Ajmera as the new RP, Glas Trust, which represents Byju’s US lenders, told the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) on Monday.
