Blinkit introduced a Basic Life Support (BLS) ambulance service last month, promising a 10-minute response time. The initiative has now earned praise from Dr. Deepak Agarwal, a Professor of Neurosurgery at AIIMS, New Delhi. In a LinkedIn post, Dr. Agarwal lauded Blinkit’s ambulance service, calling it a “healthcare revolution India has been waiting for.” He noted, “This is the kind of service we used to read about and see in developed countries.”

Agarwal also shared an incident in the post, narrating how a patient was brought to the AIIMS Trauma Centre through it. He hailed the professionalism and efficiency of the paramedic staff.
