Orissa HC orders change of investigating officer in Nestaway suit

The Orissa High Court on Friday asked for the investigating officer probing the complaint made by Nestaway cofounder Amarendra Sahu against the startup’s investors to be changed after senior lawyers from the corporate law firms which represented these investors were summoned.
