JioHotstar merger: What this means for existing DisneyHotstar and Jio Cinema subscribers; migration plan and more

JioCinema and Disney+ Hotstar have come together to create a new platform called JioHotstar. This merger is a result of collaboration between Viacom18 and Star India. With the launch of the JioHotstar app, the company announced that the platform will provide nearly 3 lakh hours of entertainment, exceptional live sports coverage, and serve over 50 crore users.
