Infosys salary hike: Increment letters to be issued by this month end

Infosys is set to issue salary increment letters to its employees by the end of February. The salary hikes, which will be effective from April 2025, are expected to range from 5% to 8%, according to a report by Moneycontrol.

The company has also started issuing promotion letters in batches, beginning in December 2024, with another batch planned for the end of February. This move comes amid a pickup in the demand environment, as most IT companies anticipate an increase in technology budgets for the upcoming fiscal year.
