Vodafone Idea to offer baggage protection to international roaming customers: Here’s how to avail the offer

Telecom operator Vodafone Idea has integrated baggage protection services in its postpaid international roaming packs. Through its partnership with Blue Ribbon Bags, a US-based lost baggage concierge service, Vi Postpaid customers can now avail compensation of Rs 19,800 per bag if their luggage is delayed or lost beyond 96 hours of filing a complaint.
