NCLT ordered to decide on BCCI withdrawal plea in Byju’s case within a week

The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) on Friday directed the Bengaluru bench of the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) to decide within a week on the Indian cricket board’s application seeking to withdraw its insolvency case against edtech firm Byju’s.
