DeepSeek has an ‘API request’ for its customers: “…please understand!”
DeepSeek, the Chinese AI startup that recently caused a stir in the tech world, has a request for its customers. The company said that it is experiencing such high demand for its services that it’s running out of server capacity. To manage this, they’ve temporarily restricted access to their application programming interface (API).
According to a report by Bloomberg, DeepSeek has temporarily suspended the ability for customers to add more credits to their API accounts to prevent broader service disruptions.
