Madhya Pradesh to give capital subsidy, other incentives in new semiconductor policy

Bhopal: Madhya Pradesh government has approved a new semiconductor policy that combines fiscal and other incentives to promote design and manufacturing of chips in the state. The State Cabinet on Tuesday approved the Madhya Pradesh Semiconductor Policy 2025 that gives capital and interest subsidy as well as land at concessional rates and subsidised electricity for fab units and design facilities and other semiconductor manufacturing units, officials said.
