Elon Musk’s Grok AI chatbot app to become available for Android users soon

The chatbot developed by Elon Musk-owned artificial intelligence (AI) startup xAI, Grok, will soon be available for Android users as a standalone app. The app, which is not yet available for download, has been listed on the Google Play Store, where users can pre-register for it. This follows a brief beta testing period in which some users had access to the app. However, xAI has yet to announce an official release date for the Android app. xAI seems to be preparing to launch an Android version of its AI chatbot a month after releasing Grok’s app for iPhones. An xAI engineer has also confirmed the Android app in a post on social media platform X (earlier Twitter).
