Elon Musk’s X sues these big companies over ‘collective advertising boycott’ claims

Elon Musk-owned X has broadened its legal battle over an alleged collective advertising boycott, adding several prominent companies to its lawsuit. In a complaint filed recently in a Texas court, X named Nestlé, Abbott Laboratories, Colgate, Lego, Pinterest, Tyson Foods, and Shell as defendants.

These brands join a list that already includes the World Federation of Advertisers (WFA), CVS Health, Mars, Ørsted, and Twitch.
