DoT blocked 90% incoming international spoof calls after launch of new prevention system spot

An indigenously developed International Incoming Spoofed Call Prevention System by the Department of Telecommunications along with telecom service providers has blocked 1.35 crore or 90% of all incoming international calls identified as spoofed calls in 24 hours of its launch.
