Paytm revenue drops 36%; net loss narrows

One 97 Communications, which runs digital payments platform Paytm, has reported Rs 1,827 crore in operating revenue in the December quarter for the fiscal year 2025. This was down 35.8% from Rs 2,850 crore a year back, largely driven by the impact of the Reserve Bank of India’s action of barring the operations of its associate entity Paytm Payments Bank.
