Muted user adds, higher costs dragged Jio FYQ3: Analysts

A combination of muted mobile user additions, sharply higher access costs, modest average revenue per user (ARPU) growth and reduced margins resulted in Reliance Jio reporting weaker-than-expected earnings numbers in the fiscal third quarter, said analysts.
