    Apple is pausing rollout its AI notifications feature after errors

    Apple has temporarily suspended its AI-generated notification summaries for news and entertainment apps after facing backlash for inaccuracies. The feature, part of Apple’s “Apple Intelligence” initiative, was designed to provide users with concise summaries of breaking news through push notifications.

    However, the AI system has been generating misleading or even completely false summaries, leading to widespread criticism.
