Delhivery introduces ‘Rapid Commerce’ for two-hour deliveries

Delhivery, a name in India’s logistics sector, has launched a new service called ‘Rapid Commerce,’ aimed at enabling brands to deliver products to customers within two hours. Currently operational in Bengaluru, the service is processing over 300 daily orders, the company stated.

“With Rapid Commerce, leading D2C brands can create a superior direct experience and greater control over customer loyalty. Brands can provide consumers faster access to a vast catalogue of products at efficient costs by using our network of shared in-city Rapid Stores.” Ajith Pai, chief operating officer, Delhivery, said.
