    Meta under fire: India to summon Mark Zuckerberg over poll loss remark

    Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg’s recent comments about election results in 2024 have drawn sharp criticism in India. Appearing on the Joe Rogan podcast, Zuckerberg claimed that incumbent governments in many countries, including India, lost elections following the COVID-19 pandemic due to their handling of the crisis. This statement has sparked a political and public uproar, with allegations of misinformation against the Meta chief.
