HCL Tech Q3 dividend: Indian IT major HCL Technologies, on Monday, January 13, announced the fourth interim dividend of ₹18 per share of ₹2 each for the financial year 2024-25 (FY25). This includes a special dividend of ₹6 per share to celebrate 25 years of the company’s public listing. The company set January 17 as the record date for the purpose, while the payment date of dividend is January 24, 2025.

“The board of directors has declared a fourth interim dividend of ₹18 per equity share of ₹2 each of the company for the financial year 2024-25.
