Dividend announcement: HCL Tech declares fourth interim dividend of Rs 18
IT major HCL Tech on Monday announced an interim dividend of Rs 18 per equity share of Rs. 2 each of the company for the Financial Year 2024-25. This, it added, included a dividend of Rs 6 per share to celebrate 25 years of the Company’s public listing.
In a regulatory filing, HCL Tech said, “The Board of Directors has declared 4th Interim Dividend of Rs 18 per equity share of Rs 2 each of the Company for the Financial Year 2024-25.
