Tata Consulting Engineers acquires US-based CDI engineering solutions to expand in North America

Tata Consulting Engineers (TCE), a company specializing in design, engineering, and project management, has bought CDI Engineering Solutions, a US-based firm previously known as Comprehensive Designers Inc. TCE, which is fully owned by Tata Sons and part of the Tata Group, aims to use this acquisition to expand into the North American market. The financial details of the deal have not been shared.
